High View Road

High View provides a family setting, with 5 single rooms with 2 communal bathrooms and shower.  The layout is  such that residents can enjoy a measure of privacy, comfort,  security and space to be individual.

The home is situated in a residential road close to a bus route and main line railway station.CrystalPalaceis also within a short walk from the home. There are various amenities for leisure pursuits and hobbies, and within easy reach of High View. We aim to demonstrate the positive value of care, focusing on meeting the individual needs in a small group.

The décor and furnishings reflect our belief in the value of living in a pleasant and comfortable environment. Thus we are able to create a high level of stability and consistency with the correct balance between care and control.

We have a door entry system to ensure the safety of service users.

Fees

The current weekly fees for living at High View begins at £1,200.00 for board and lodging with 24 hours staff support. Personal allowances are through their benefits. Fees for the home will be paid by the placing authority. Privately funded placements are also welcomed. A Unit Van is available for use however where private journeys are required service users will be charged at the standard local mini cab rates.
