High View Care is a residential service with units across South East London, in Bromley, Lambeth and Croydon.
Each Unit provides a ‘home from home’ environment for the client residents. All properties blend in with their surrounding properties and look just like normal houses from the outside. Inside we provide a homely feel. All of this combines to provide and environment conducive to improved wellbeing and rehabilitation, in a non-oppresive setting.
This Bromley-based home accommodates 12 residents in a spacious semi-detached period property located on a residential main road and backing on to local park.
This unit offers long term and short duration rehabilitation and care. In addition there are two self-contained units offering an opportunity for individuals to transition to a more independent life.
No 154 is a short walk from local amenities in Penge High Street, or south Beckenham. Local landmarks like Crystal Palace offer a wide variety of leisure pursuits and hobbies, all within easy reach of High View. There are local Transport links offering the opportunity to travel further afield and maintain communications with families and friends. The unit is home to the Service’s Senior Social Workers, Psychologists, Therapeutic team and acts as a hub for local activities and events. It has dedicated transport facilities for use of residents in organized activities and visits, for example, to external health and care appointments.
No 154 aims to demonstrate the positive value of care, focusing on meeting the individual needs of younger Adults within a small group.
The high standard of décor and furnishings reflect our belief in the value of living in a pleasant and comfortable environment. All of the residents’ rooms provide private space
and we strive to create and maintain a high level of stability and consistency and a balance between care and control.

This home in a bright and spacious semi-detached period property located on a residential main road and just 2 minutes walk to a local park with dedicated “Green gym” and other facilities.
This unit offers long term and short duration neuropsychological rehabilitation and care for 5 residents. The unit has recently received consents to develop three additional transition places which we hope to open in the spring of 2017
The unit is located close by No 154 and is very close to all local amenities and local landmarks like the national sport centre at Crystal Palace where our rehab coaches and therapists help residents take full advantage of the wide variety of leisure pursuits on offer.
Local transport links offer the opportunity to travel further afield by road, rail and tramway. We encourage residents to maintain therapeutic communications with families and friends. The unit provides a base for our business hub, in-house training and meetings. It has dedicated transport facilities and IT for use of residents.
No 161 focuses on functional neurotherapy and life-affirming rehabilitation. Our Therapists and support staff focus on meeting individual needs and aspirations of our younger Adults resident in this small group living setting. in a well equipped, pleasant and comfortable environment. All of the residents’ rooms provide private space and we strive to create and maintain a high level of stability and consistency and a balance between care and control.

This detached family home provides an ideal location and family setting for 5 female residents. As the only all-female service at High View, it has the capacity to take women who are especially vulnerable and at risk. It nestles discretely in a quiet residential street, close to tranquil garden spaces yet accessible to all local amenities.
The accommodation provides each resident with a private room decorated individually to their choice to enjoy a measure of privacy, comfort, security and the space to be individual.
The psychosocial team recognizes and understands the many challenges facing females who have brain injury related to alcohol and drug misuse. The service works with clients with particularly challenging behavioural issues and neuropsychiatric difficulties following brain injury. Our therapists and support workers help our clients improve cognitive emotional and executive functioning through evidence-based interventions which are regularly reviewed and modified to take account of measured improvements in outcomes.
The unit has been successful in improving the ability of clients to live independently and move back to living in the community .

This service is located in a large, pleasant Victorian villa in West Dulwich. We are close to several bus routes and main line railway stations. In this homely environment, our psychosocial model of therapeutic care focuses on improving the physical and emotional wellbeing of our 7 male and female residents. Led by a Registered Manager, with a background in Social Work supported by our Neuropsychologists, we help residents to develop their independence, possibly taking on work or moving on where possible to live in the community.
We work with clients to set and achieve goals and measureable outcomes which are monitored and evaluated by our neuro-rehabilitation coaches working alongside the client’s key worker. Together with the client, the team uses a monthly reporting framework to determine short term goals and benchmark progress towards longer term objectives.
No 84 is close to Crystal Palace shopping centre. Recreational parks are all within a short walk from the home and are utilized as part of our therapeutic programme of activity. We also enable access to education and training, leisure pursuits and hobbies. We aim to demonstrate the positive value of care, and strive to create and maintain a high level of stability and consistency leading to a balance between care and control.

No 66 @ High View is our completely refurbished Victorian property, transformed into an integrated psychosocial Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre.
Residential and day Clients will receive specialist neurorehabilitation from our dedicated trans-disciplinary team of specialist Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and Social Workers.
Bright and spacious, No 66 aims to be a tranquil oasis in Sundridge Park, Bromley away from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding community. No 66 is set within easy reach of local amenities and The Glades with its extensive shopping facilities. It has excellent public transport routes providing easy access to the wider area, central London and the south east.
No 66 performs the important function of being a hub for High View’s in-house Therapeutic services which focus on working with Clients to improve their lives and those of their families.
